SellMyVacant.com uses SMS text messaging to communicate with landowners who have expressed interest in selling their property. This section explains exactly what you are consenting to when you text us.

How you opt in: By sending a text message to our business number (865-459-2599), you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from SellMyVacant.com related to your property inquiry. Your first inbound text constitutes your opt-in.

Once opted in, you may receive SMS messages that include:

  • Responses to your property inquiry
  • Requests for property details (county, state, acreage, etc.)
  • Cash offer details and follow-up communications
  • Transaction status updates and document requests
  • Customer support responses

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the stage of your inquiry. You may receive up to several messages per active transaction.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply to all messages sent and received.

How to opt out: Reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all future SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

SellMyVacant.com purchases vacant land parcels of 10 acres or more directly from property owners throughout the United States. All offers are cash, with no agent commissions, no listing fees, and no closing costs charged to the seller.

Any offer made by SellMyVacant.com is non-binding until a signed purchase agreement is executed by both parties. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer prior to contract execution based on due diligence findings, title issues, or material changes to the property information provided.

Sellers are encouraged to seek independent legal or financial advice before signing any purchase agreement.

Limitation of Liability

SellMyVacant.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of property valuations, market conditions, or timelines for closing. All information provided on this website and through SMS communications is for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellMyVacant.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any communications from us.
